BizTrade are partner with Ninja Van delivery service provide you with flat rate delivery to peninsula Malaysia (by weight), East Malaysia (by weight) and cross border to Singapore (by Weight).

Orders will be ship out at 3pm. Orders past 3pm will be ship the next business day.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES

We offer 2 option of,

1-to-1 Product Exchange, or
100% money back refund.

IF the received item(s) not as per ordered or any manufacturing defective found. The item must be in its’ original packaging and unused condition.

1. We provide 100% money back guarantee for all items within 7 days of receiving it. Given that the item(s) must be in its’ original packaging, good condition and unused condition.
2. To return / exchange item, buyer shall email the following to admin@biztrade.my within 7 days of received the item(s);
– Buyer’s Name
– Contact Number
– Order ID
– State your reason to exchange or refundWe will response to your email within 2 business days.

The item must be return within 7 days once BizTrade confirmed the email. If buyer fail to do so, BizTrade has rights to reject the return or refund action.
Return Shipping Fees,
Buyer shall bear for the return postage. BizTrade shall bear for the replacement product postage;Return product is subject to stock availability. If the stock is not available at that time, buyer has option to replace other product and buyer shall pay for the price balance, and confirm back to seller as stated policy in payment page. Please read further for details.

(For example, return item priced at RM20, replaced item priced at RM30, buyer shall pay for the addition RM10 to BizTrade before item ship out.)
For Refund,
Buyer will receive the refund payment once we received the returned item(s) and confirmed the item(s) qualified as stated in Return Policy condition;Once the returned item(s) is qualified, BizTrade shall make full refund to buyer within 3 business days;
Buyer must contact us by email at admin@biztrade.my with the following information,
– Photo of the product
– If from webpage : The Product Web Link
